Organisation The fund management The fund management consists of Leon Dijkstra en Joost Mees of MD Hotel Investments (MDHI), Willem-Jan van den Dijssel of Kragt Capital Investments (KCI) and First Dutch Capital (First Dutch). These initiators of the fund have a vast experience and a well recognised track record in operating the type of hotels the fund invests in, in creating shareholder value through turnaround and upgrade programs and in mergers and acquisitions. The fund management can engage additional management and support capacity through management or employee contracts.
